Please review the following important information: • Sessions are 53 minutes and held virtually via Zoom • The Zoom link and passcode will be sent in automated session reminders • Sessions must be attended from a private, quiet space • Clients may not participate while driving • Sessions are marked no-show after 10 minutes • All scheduling and communication occur through the secure client portal • Autopay is required • 24-hour cancellation notice is required for full-length sessions • Late cancel/no-show fee is $100 • In emergencies, call 911, 988, or go to the nearest ER
